NTT TechnoCross Releases “PromanAIde,” the First Solution in its AI-PMO Concept
NTT TechnoCross has released “PromanAIde,” a project analysis solution that uses AI to analyze various reports and communication histories from system development projects, visualizing risk indicators such as delays and quality degradation.
This solution utilizes materials created during project management, such as progress reports, issue management sheets, and meeting minutes, to extract risk indicators from the perspectives of experienced project managers and quality control departments. It also supports the identification of indicators leading to delays and quality degradation by cross-analyzing and visualizing the status and risks of multiple projects.
The company advocates the “AI-PMO” concept as a mechanism that uses AI to objectively understand and analyze the state of projects and support decision-making. PromanAIde is the first solution based on this concept.
PMO stands for Project Management Office, an organization that supports project managers in managing project progress, issues, quality, and cost.
Fumikazu Konishi, a director at the company, stated, “For companies aiming for growth while adapting to environmental changes, increasing the success rate of projects is crucial, and the evolution of the PMO is essential for quickly grasping and judging the status of individual projects.” Specifically, he said, the key is to create an environment where AI can interpret project indicators, allowing people to concentrate on decision-making.
Hiroyuki Okashita of the company’s Cross-Platform Business Division said, “In the future, software development will be predominantly AI-driven, but the question is how to manage projects, especially quality control, in that context. We want to create an AI-PMO model that supports that.”
