NTT Urban Solutions, NTT Urban Development, PDC, Tanseisha, and point0 will begin a demonstration broadcast of art content using “Utsuroi Art,” a spatial design technology utilizing generative AI, in the office lobby on the second floor of the “Urban Net Sapporo Link Tower,” scheduled for its grand opening on October 3rd .

Through the use of generative AI, 273 patterns of digital art, synchronized in real time with the local time of day, season, and weather, will be displayed in the office lobby. The aim is to enhance the appeal of the building space through diverse expressions, reduce the psychological burden on visitors, improve their well-being, and reduce the operational burden of digital signage.

Traditional digital signage operations in office buildings and commercial facilities have faced challenges such as the cost of producing video content, the “deterioration of freshness” due to repeated long-term broadcasting, and the increasing “operational burden” of updating and managing content as variations are increased.

This demonstration aims to solve these problems by broadcasting digital art (diverse video variations generated using AI) that is synchronized in real time with the local time of day, season, and weather.
