It seems there has been an unprecedented boom in ghost stories in recent years. I myself often listen to ghost stories before going to bed. I too have a love for the mysterious, and ghost stories that stimulate my imagination are like vitamins for the soul. However, I am not a blind believer in paranormal phenomena. According to “The Neuroscience of Ghosts” (Hayakawa Shinsho, written by Furuya Hirokazu), two-thirds of paranormal phenomena can be proven by neuroscience. With the advancement of neuroscience, it has also become clear that there is a deep correlation between paranormal phenomena and sleep. However, even so, humans will not give up their love of the mysterious until the very end. (Kei)
