NTT DATA releases AI agent service

NTT DATA will release a new AI agent service, “LITRON Marketing,” in June to improve the productivity of marketing operations. The service is expected to reduce the burden of marketing operations by up to 60%.
With this service, the AI agent will autonomously support and act on behalf of customers in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies and tactics (measures). A gradual expansion of functions is planned, and the first phase will provide functions to analyze and report on the market environment and industry trends from information such as SNS and industry news, to select targets and propose measures using persona analysis, and to create creatives (text for email newsletters, images for digital advertisements, etc.) according to the contents of the measures.
To further maximize the effect, the company will support customers in a full-stack manner, providing a one-stop service from implementation to measure improvement by utilizing consulting and BPS (Business Process Service), as well as a data utilization platform and infrastructure.
In concrete terms, the system is used by a personal agent that communicates with the person in charge through a dialogue interface, and assigns tasks to specialized agents with the expertise appropriate for each task based on instructions from the person in charge. The system then works in conjunction with the company’s marketing services and various SaaS services to autonomously support and act on behalf of the company in a series of business processes, such as formulating marketing strategies, planning tactics (measures), implementing measures, and evaluating measures.
The company aims to achieve cumulative sales of 10 billion yen for this service and related services by the end of fiscal year 2027.
