NTT Data Group will develop a human resource development framework for generative AI for all employees of the group, which is approximately 200,000 people, and deploy it globally. This framework will consist of definitions of generative AI human resource levels, evaluation indicators, a development roadmap and a development curriculum, and will be established as a global standard.
By the end of fiscal year 2024, the group will develop 15,000 “practical generative AI human resources” who can provide value to customers by utilizing generative AI for employees around the world. The goal is to further expand this number to 30,000 by the end of fiscal year 2026.
The knowledge and experience required for each human resource level and type is defined as a development roadmap, and particularly recommended training courses are being developed as a curriculum.
In the initial stage, basic generative AI training will be provided to all employees, approximately 200,000 people. Through this initiative, the group aims to disseminate basic generative AI knowledge throughout the organization and improve overall generative AI literacy.
In addition, we will develop and provide individual training tailored to the attributes of each personnel, such as consultants, sales staff, developers, and AI generation users, and their level.
