Paramount Bed and SRE Holdings have begun field testing of the usefulness of remote medical treatment using life log data such as sleep status, heart rate, and respiration rate, which can be obtained using Paramount Bed’s body movement sensor “Nemuri SCAN” and monitoring support system “Nemuri CONNECT,” at medical institutions and nursing care insurance facilities of the social medical corporation Yuaikai.
Based on the results of the testing, the two companies will work together to develop remote medical solutions using data obtained from Paramount Bed’s “Nemuri SCAN” and video and audio data obtained from the telepresence system “Mado.”
“Nemuri SCAN” and “Mado” will be installed at Yuaikai Oda Hospital and Yuai Village, and their usefulness and efficiency will be verified by conducting online medical treatment for users of nursing care insurance facilities.
