This service is an integrated network service for businesses that uses AI to automate network and security operations, enabling safe and comfortable access and centralized management of internal environments and the cloud.
It is equipped with operational automation functionality (AIOps) that combines AI with the operational know-how that the company has cultivated as a telecommunications carrier, and supports companies’ shift to “offensive DX”. AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations) utilizes AI to improve the efficiency and sophistication of ICT infrastructure operations, supporting stable operations and rapid failure recovery.
The concept of Prime Connect One is to support the shift of resources to “offensive DX” that will lead to increased corporate profits.
Specifically, it enables enhanced security and optimization of human resource allocation, minimizing business operational risks.
Focusing on the unified management of infrastructure that supports business infrastructure, we not only save labor in operational tasks and automate troubleshooting, but also utilize AI to proactively support automation of various settings and prediction of failures.
