Check your brain through phone calls NTT Communications

NTT Communications (NTT Com) provides a corporate service called ”Brain Health Check,” which allows people to check their brain health over the phone, with the concept of ”creating a society in which fewer people, families, and companies feel anxious about dementia” .
This service allows users to check their brain health over the phone. If local governments, insurance companies, and other corporations use this service, their residents and subscribers will be able to easily check their brain health status.
Corporations can plan events to prevent dementia and devise new insurance products based on users’ check results.
Starting in September 2022, NTT Com was trialling a service called ”Brain Health Check Toll-Free Number,” which uses AI to check the state of brain health with a 20-second call. Additionally, starting in September 2023, they have been offering a trial version of ”Brain Health Check Plus,” a service that allows you to check your brain health status more quickly and in detail.
As both services were well received, the company decided to offer a new service, ”Brain Health Check,” which utilizes similar technology.
NTT Com aims to generate cumulative revenue of over 2 billion yen by fiscal 2028, mainly for local governments and insurance companies.
Along with the provision of the new services, the trial period for “Brain Health Check Toll-Free Number” and ”Brain Health Check Plus” will end on June 30th.

As the population continues to age rapidly in Japan, it is predicted that one in five elderly people and one in 17 people will develop dementia in 2025, and awareness of prevention and post-onset care is increasing.
