NTT Business Solutions will release Japan’s first interactive ”Unconscious Bias Check Tool ”Karafuru AI (tentative name)” using generative AI on July 1st (Monday).
This service uses an interactive tool that utilizes generative AI to make users aware of the one-sided way they view and perceive things unconsciously, leading to a review of communication in the workplace.
By using it in conjunction with training such as face-to-face training or WBT (Web Based Training), the effects of the training can be more firmly established.
When a user ”enters their thoughts on a question,” the generated AI immediately checks the ”degree of unconscious bias” and presents ”tendencies in thinking” and ”advice for improvement”.
In addition to the answers from the generative AI, we will also present points and advice to keep in mind when responding under the supervision of a company with deep knowledge of DE&I promotion. The tool can be easily used using a browser on a computer or smartphone.
Quantitative understanding will lead to understanding unconscious bias trends for each employee and organization.
