Demonstration of AI testing until April 5th Kawada Robotics and Lynx
Kawada Robotics and Lynx will exhibit an AI inspection collaboration demo of the humanoid robot “NEXTGE Fille” and the image processing library “HALCON” from the 25th to April 5th at the Kawada Robotics Tokyo headquarters.
Utilizing NEXTGE’s stereo camera and both arm customization tools and HALCON’s deep learning function installed in an external additional computer, CAD data-less grip point detection processing and pass/fail judgment processing by image classification are performed. By utilizing HALCON’s deep learning, high-precision detection without CAD data is achieved. We also provide a pre-trained network, which allows for immediate evaluation and development without the need for additional training.
By strengthening the “heat map” function, it is now possible to identify defective areas with higher precision than before.
