Signage installed at Kumano Nachi Taisha HYOUJITO
HYOUJITO has installed a shrine Navita at Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine (Higashimuro District, Wakayama Prefecture), which has a history of 1,700 years and is home to attractive natural scenery such as Nachi Falls..
Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine is registered as a World Heritage Site and is visited by many tourists from Japan and abroad. Shrine Navita was established to promote correct Japanese culture, to educate people about shrines, and to further improve the convenience of guiding around the shrine grounds.
Shrine Navita has an LED-illuminated old map-style surrounding guide map on the right hand side, and a touch-type digital signage on the left hand side.
Around the area guide map, votive tablet-shaped advertisements with information on supporting companies and stores are displayed, and the digital signage on the left provides information on the shrine’s history, gifts, precinct guide, and Japanese etiquette for visiting and washing hands. It is introduced in Japanese and English.
