NTT QONOQ is promoting ”Project the Hands” a project that aims to commercialize medical services using MR technology. By sharing 3D data of hands and tools from a remote location, they have developed  “Hands” system, which allows skilled doctors in remote locations to give lectures to trainees and others while communicating in real time.

NTT QONOQ will also start a research project with Tokyo Medical and Dental University, and will work toward practical application and advancement of the system. It is scheduled to be exhibited at “docomo Open House 2024” to be held at the Tokyo International Forum for two days, January 17th and January 18th, 2024.
