Nagasaki Prefecture will be holding a tasting event from November 23rd to November 26th, with the theme of ”Visualizing the deliciousness of Nagasaki sake!” You can enjoy combinations of Nagasaki sake and fish dishes created through taste analysis. The event will be held at the Nagasaki prefecture antenna shop “Nihonbashi Nagasaki-kan” (Chuo-ku, Tokyo) until the end of the day. Nagasaki Prefecture is the birthplace of barley shochu. In addition, the variety of fish that is landed is one of the best in the country, and the amount of fish caught ranks third in the country, and the amount consumed is also among the top in the country. Up until now, they have been working to explore the delicious relationships between Nagasaki’s sake, shochu, and fish that bring out their mutual appeal, and as part of this year, we will use taste sensors to collect data on Nagasaki sake produced by 26 sake brewers within the prefecture. They developed a fish dish that goes well with the fish. You can participate in the event without applying.
