The National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) has made a major update to its user-participatory project “WarpDrive” to understand the current state of web-mediated cyber attacks and improve countermeasure technology, allowing users to immerse themselves in the world of the anime “Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045.” We have developed a game function that allows you to learn security knowledge while doing so.

In a major update to WarpDrive, Tachikoma Mobile for Android smartphones will have a game function called “Training Program” that allows users to immerse themselves in the world of the “Ghost in the Shell SAC_2045” series and learn real-world security and IT knowledge while playing. addition. In the game, the user takes on the role of a new investigator at Public Security Division 9 (commonly known as Ghost in the Shell) and undergoes a training program.
During the training, participants operate Tachikoma machines in various courses and solve three-choice quizzes related to security and IT. By clearing the course, you can earn medals representing characters that appear in the story. As they go around the course to collect all the medals, they acquire knowledge of security and IT.
