NTT Communications (NTT Com) held ”docomo Business Forum ’23” in Tokyo for two days from the 12th to the 13th.
docomo Business products are gathered together under the concept of “Welcome to DX theme park”.
They will exhibit an AI customer service system that utilizes generated AI as DX trend using the latest AI technology and can provide optimal customer service according to behavioral characteristics. They demonstrated AI customer service based on customer support.
They also exhibited “docomo IoT High Precision GNSS Location Information Service”. A demonstration of snow removal work was conducted using remote control. It can be attached externally to existing snowplows such as wheel loaders and operated from a remote cockpit.
By using a simulator to experience the working image, it is possible to reduce hurdles to snow removal work and develop human resources.
It is said that the loss of travel to the site will be eliminated, leading to energy savings and CO2 reduction.
In addition, the company exhibited ”RobiCo” an autonomous robot control service that allows companies to outsource robot operations to companies that are introducing autonomous robots for outdoor use.
By undertaking the robot operation work all at once, companies that have introduced the system can reduce the burden of securing and training the human resources needed to operate the robots.
RobiCo uses the company’s proprietary robot operation management system ”RMS (Robility management system),” which allows robots to operate efficiently and safely.
The company will support the introduction of robots into a variety of businesses by using RobiCo, which allows robot operation management independent of manufacturers. Furthermore, the company plans to provide comprehensive support to companies that introduce robots by reducing the burden of introduction and expanding its lineup of after-sales support.
