Discussions among stakeholders regarding the NTT law are intensifying. This highlights the conflict between the government, ruling party, and NTT, who want to abolish the law, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, NCC, and others who want to maintain the law. This is a scene that was also seen in the previous ”Takenaka Conference” and ”Hikari no Michi Concept” When it comes to NTT, the interests of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, whose job is regulation and supervision, and the NCC, which competes with NTT in the market, tend to align. As a result, discussions tend to override national strength, national interests, and people’s interests. I sincerely hope for a discussion based on national strength, national interests, and people’s interests. (Kei)
