In-house utilization of generative AI using LLM NTT docomo Group

 NTT docomo Group companies (NTT docomo, NTT Communication, and NTT Comware) will promote DX in internal operations with generated AI using LLM, and will utilize it internally with the aim of providing new services that increase the added value of generated AI. Demonstration experiment started.
In the demonstration experiment, NTT docomo will use the “LLM added value platform” developed by NTT docomo to improve safety and convenience when using generative AI.
Utilized by three group companies.
Specifically, in order to improve the work efficiency of all employees of the three companies, we will respond to highly specialized inquiries in work with sentences generated by LLM based on internal rules and manuals.
In addition, they will verify the convenience and accuracy of responses, and examine the applicability to customer service operations. Based on the know-how obtained from this demonstration experiment, they will optimize it and aim to start providing the service in FY2023 after verification with corporate customers.
