Good individual, good family, good society” Saeko Adachi (Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant)
In recent years, there has been a movement to promote the active participation of women, but the reality is that it is difficult for women who have left the workplace to raise children or care for family members to return to society due to issues such as the home environment and their lack of skills. The Self & Life Conditioning Association, a general incorporated association, was established in April of this year with the aim of helping to overcome such a situation.
Hiroichi Kobashi, the representative director, was originally an architect involved in the planning and design of stores and residences, but when he was 59 years old, he had a severe myocardial infarction and closed his architectural office. I have been working as a living environment life conditioning coach with qualifications such as. During that time, she saw with her own eyes that there were many women who had difficulty reintegrating into society, people who wanted to take action but were unable to take the first step, or who were weak, and that there were few communities where such people could gather. The association holds lectures and seminars aimed at resolving such social issues, and also conducts activities such as providing opportunities for mutual exchange among members. Through this, we will support everyone to become an ideal self and become a person who can contribute to society as the main character of life. At the base of the project is Mr. Kobashi’s longstanding belief that “good individuals build good families, and good families create good society.”
In addition, after the bursting of the bubble economy, the Japanese economy lost its former momentum amid calls for globalization, and many people lost their peace of mind due to low wages and an increase in the proportion of non-regular employees. It is also pointed out that it leads to the deterioration of the environment. For this reason, “bad interpersonal relationships at work” is the number one reason for wanting to quit a job, and the number four reason for quitting among those who actually quit the company. Under such circumstances, many people find it difficult to live and lack self-esteem, which is a major negative factor not only for the workers themselves but also for the companies. Such an environment also poses a high hurdle for women aiming to reintegrate into society.
Therefore, the aim of the association is the concept of “relationship conditioning”. We aim to create an environment where individuals can be more autonomous, respect and understand each other by improving their relationships with themselves and the people around them. Among them, the core is Self & Life Conditioning, which is also the name of the association. This is “self-conditioning,” where you understand and accept yourself and control yourself to maintain a stable sense of self-affirmation and make your thoughts and actions habitual, becoming the person you want to be. It is a method consisting of three elements: “Anger Conditioning” and “Anger Conditioning”, which allows you to understand the essence of anger and control your feelings of anger yourself. The association plans to hold general courses based on this method, as well as to expand the circle by conducting training courses for certified instructors. “Individual growth enriches the family, and that family illuminates society. I would be happy if our small actions could lead to hope for a brighter future,” Kobashi said of her hopes.
