NTT Smart Connect has released a “remote editing service” as a cloud service that realizes DX in program production work. Editors can remotely connect to the editing server in the company’s data center and edit video. The video edited on the server is IP-transmitted and can be displayed on a remote monitor. Editing work that used to be done in the office environment can now be done at home or on the go, making it possible to work anywhere.
