NTT XR Lounge is a virtual office solution that uses 3D avatars to solve problems such as “improved productivity” and “reduced turnover rate” in hybrid work and collaborative creation with remote organizations. By participating in a casual space with 3 favorite avatars from a smartphone or tablet device placed next to the computer used for work while working from any place, you can always feel close to team members.
At CTC, about 100 people, including sales, engineers, and new business creation departments of the Mobile & Service Headquarters, use the service.
