The new base “netone valley” as a place of challenge Net One Systems
Net One Systems opened the Innovation Center (netone valley) as a new business base in front of Oi Keibajo Station in Tokyo in May.
The center is housed in a new seven-story warehouse and integrates logistics functions, product verification functions, and life and work spaces.
Life & Work Space has 600 seats with free address. Including sofas, there are about 1,000 seats.
Masahiro Uchida, general manager of the company’s management headquarters, said, “Because it’s a life and work place, we’re making it possible to spend time outside of work here. Specifically, we’ve prepared sports facilities, a library, and a space for meditation. I hope that by going back and forth between life and work, it will become easier to come up with new ideas.”
The center is also open to the outside world with the aim of accelerating innovation. We would like to deepen cooperation with startups and ventures from this place.
“In order to further pursue creativity, we have created a point of contact with the outside world. As a facility that symbolizes our corporate culture of taking on challenges, we would like to generate various ideas,” said General Manager Uchida.
The center is located in front of the Oi Racecourse, so you can watch horse races from your office. It also has a workation-like character in the sense that you can enjoy a kind of extraordinary experience.
“By going back and forth between the ordinary and the extraordinary, we can create new ideas and combine various ideas to give form to them.
