OPTiM announced OPTiM AI Help Desk, a new service utilizing ChatGPT developed by OpenAI.

In this service, AI automatically learns the customer’s interaction with the company in response to inquiries about products and services, and AI automatically generates or automatically replies to the reply text. This will improve customer success through quick responses and improve the efficiency of customer support operations.

According to OPTiM, using this service will reduce man-hours for some customer support operations by up to 70%.
