Reduce local 5G radio wave interference NICT, Toppan Printing, Solar Measurement

ローカル5G通信環境を整えた実験室(A laboratory equipped with a local 5G communication environment)

The National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), Toppan Printing, and Taiyo Measurement are conducting a demonstration experiment on “stable operation of local 5G and practical use of high-speed communication in an environment where many base stations and terminals exist in the same area.” 
In this demonstration, in two adjacent laboratories equipped with a local 5G communication environment, sheet-shaped radio wave environment improvement materials were installed on the walls, and the placement of the local 5G base stations and radio wave environment improvement materials was optimized through simulation. They were able to send and receive data at high speed. This demonstration confirmed the reduction of radio wave interference and the effectiveness of the radio wave simulator.
