Up to 90% reduction in work operations of nursing care staff through digitization NTT East Kanagawa
In Yokosuka City’s “SME support model using new human resources”, NTT East Kanagawa Division introduced human resource support requests from Yokosuka City and Kanagawa Prefecture Professional Human Resource Utilization Center to the social welfare corporation Kojukai. The material support was implemented for three months from January 16th.
Through consulting, business flow review, and digitization, they have improved the efficiency of back-office operations and dealt with staff shortages.
Specifically, it has succeeded in reducing the workload of nursing care staff by up to 90% by digitizing input work. In Kojukai’s catering department, we succeeded in preventing human error by improving the efficiency of information coordination on each floor and automatically inputting information.
Kanagawa Division sees business support by its employees as a valuable opportunity to improve employee skills and understand local companies. Since it will also lead to problem solving for local companies, it is a policy to continue cooperation with small and medium-sized enterprises in Yokosuka City, not limited to specific companies, through the small and medium-sized enterprise support model that utilizes human resources promoted by Yokosuka City.
