Japan seems to have entered the era of full-fledged lone wolves. We never know when and where terrorism will break out. Nowadays, it is not limited to urban areas, but it is becoming more frequent in rural areas, such as the 25th incident in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture. What’s more, ordinary people like me can’t quite comprehend the reasons behind the terrorism. That is also the eerie aspect of individual terrorism that does not belong to a terrorist organization. When this happens, whether you’re walking down the street or riding a train, you have to be constantly vigilant about your surroundings. I’m honestly tired. (Kei)
