Utilizing AI telephone response support system for child abuse response work NTT East,NTT Technocross and Hachioji City
NTT East Tokyo West Branch, in collaboration with Hachioji City and NTT Technocross, has started a demonstration experiment using a telephone response support system that uses AI-related technology. The demonstration experiment will continue until June 30th.
As the number of child abuse consultations is on the rise, early training of inexperienced counselors is required. There are multiple consultation centers in Hachioji City, and prompt information sharing between these centers is also an issue.
In response to these issues, they are using an AI telephone response support system for child abuse response work, aiming to improve the skills of staff who respond, standardize responses, and remotely monitor counselors. Specifically, we will verify the efficiency of consultation work and the quality of response by converting telephone response voice data into text data.
