At the time of its establishment, we expected about 200 corporate members, but in the past year, we have gathered 670 corporate members, which greatly exceeds the initial plan, and over 10,000 individual members. Organized events and programs. Over the past year, 384 event programs have been held. The total number of users is 72,000.
Many corporate members are startups (68% of the total). Regarding this point, Masaaki Moribayashi, President of NTT West, said, “We are aiming to co-create with startups and create new things, so it is a great achievement to have people from startups come together.” Recognition with.
As an initiative for the second year, we will focus on providing an upgraded program based on the three axes of “learning, connecting, and co-creating.”
“We Lab.” was held as a new program. Promote a program in which members bring their knowledge and experience together, teach each other, and learn from each other.
With a global perspective, “Global & Technology Day” will be held on June 1st (Thursday). We will hold events where you can experience the latest research results produced by NTT Communication Science Laboratories, including business meetings with Israeli venture companies.
President Moribayashi says, “We also want to provide financial support to start-up companies. We would like to create and promote a scheme that allows early stage investment decisions to be made quickly.”
