Digitalization of tax and public money collection business OKI

OKI has developed a self-service tax and public money collection machine (photo) for local governments in order to improve the efficiency of tax and public money collection work, and has delivered it to Yoshitomi-cho, Fukuoka Prefecture as a joint proposal with the Bank of Fukuoka.
The tax and public money self-collection machine consists of a self-operated deposit and withdrawal machine “SmartCashStation” that allows users to deposit and withdraw cash by themselves, and a “management PC” that allows local government officials to manage collected data.
The tax and public money paid directly by the user without going through the local government staff is stored and managed by the tax and public money self-collection machine, and the collection information is also converted into data.
