NTT Data Kansai will release  “Children’s Consultation Chat App ‘Pochi'” that allows children to easily consult about their worries using GIGA school terminals.
This app is an app that allows you to chat freely and anonymously about your child’s worries and problems. When a child consults about their concerns through the app, the information is shared only with necessary parties such as local government officials and school counselors, and the organization or team responds.
It has a function to prevent overlooked consultations and omissions in response, and a function to automatically call out to children who are not good at voluntarily consulting by chatting based on the results of  “mood and physical condition questionnaire”.
Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture, has decided to introduce the system.
