Hokuriku Bank has introduced Helpfeel’s search-type FAQ system “Helpfeel” (https://helpfeel.com/) as an inquiry response tool for the new service.
It will be used as an inquiry response tool for Hokuriku Bank’s SaaS-type ERP (integrated core business system) package “Hokuhoku Biz-Management”.
“Hokuhoku Biz-Management” is a service that helps streamline operations by systematizing ordering operations and reconciling accounts receivable through internet banking. It also supports invoices and electronic book storage laws.
Hokuriku Bank is focusing on improving its customer service, including being ranked in the top 10 in the “Gomez Regional Bank Site Ranking,” which ranks the ease of use of regional banks’ websites.
