OKI Crosstech has released the “PBX-HA Service” that speedily changes PBX settings and facilitates changes to office telephony environments.
The service connects the PBX and the company’s customer support center online. As a result, a dedicated portal site for users was prepared. Through the portal site, the facility status and usage status of the PBX can be grasped at any time.
You can also request telephone work and extension setting changes due to personnel changes and layout changes from the portal site.
Requests for setting changes only can be handled remotely from the Customer Support Center. The conventional on-site work is no longer necessary, and it can respond quickly to sudden changes in the environment.
Communication through the portal site greatly reduces the complicated work of PBX management, such as estimating and placing orders for work, adjusting the schedule for construction dates, and increasing the number of terminals.
