In order to realize a society in which everyone can live comfortably, we must correct “inequality,” which is also the theme of the SDGs.
Prepare a footstool according to individual height so that the line of sight is higher than the fence blocking the front. For people in wheelchairs who cannot climb onto a stepping stool, a slope is provided for that stepping stool.

There are about 10 million people with disabilities in Japan, including those who do not have a disability certificate. There are about 36 million people over the age of 65. This is a huge market. What is the “disability = difficulty of living” that these people feel?
What reasonable accommodations are made for the needs of people with disabilities? Elimination of discrimination requires an opportunity to make many people aware of the value of “disability in society.”

I started giving lectures on the theme of disability when I was 20, and over the past 25 years, I have shared my thoughts with a total of 100,000 people. 100,000 sounds like a lot, but it’s only 0.08% of the Japanese population.
But what do you think? If 1% of companies selected “disability” as the theme for employee training, they would be able to convey to 600,000 people the world as seen by people with disabilities.
