NTT East will start offering Cisco Systems’ cloud phone service “Webex Calling”, which is the connection destination of “Hikari Cloud Phone”, as “Webex Calling license” and “Webex Calling compatible terminals” from October 31 (Monday).

Mr.Hasebe of NTT East says, “Hybrid work that combines office work and telework is progressing. By realizing one-stop provision of ‘Webex Calling’ and ‘Hikari Cloud Phone’, It will be possible to introduce and operate the services necessary for hybrid work, and to consistently respond to inquiries.”

Ichiro Nakagawa, president of Cisco,says, “Japan lags behind other major countries in implementing hybrid work.I believe that work style reform based on digital technology is an urgent need.”
