NRI carried out the enquete about the massive communication failure of KDDI which occurred on July 2.
The massive communication failure had trouble in communications service over two days.
According to the enquete result, the influence of this communication failure attained to not only the half of the personal user of KDDI (au, UQ mobile, povo) but the MVNO user etc.
The consequence of dispatch and arrival of the voice telephone call not having been completed was the most serious and was 46.9%. The reply that the roaming between communication carriers is required is 38%. It became 72.2% when added to the reply of rather thinking that I am required.
