Lawson and AVITA cooperate in the business towards the implementation of new reception with non-contact in the real shop. They introduce an avatar reception service “AVACOM (https://avita-avacom.com/)” into the future model shop “green Lawson” which is due to be opened in Tokyo area as at the end of November. They apply the avatar as a counterplan against the manpower shortage or midnight working, and look for the new way of working.
