Toppan Printing developed the app which is photoed with the smart phone and  breaks down and can decode character material. It attains the increase in efficiency of ancient documents decryption and studies.

In cooperation with public utility foundation corporation Mitsui-bunko, Kyoto City Library of Historical Documents, and Wayo Women’s University, they start the feasibility study from this month.

Toppan Printing will release beta-version published in January next year, and will release the formal version in March.
