Tokushima prefectural office, CATV Tokushima, NEC, NESIC, NTT docomo Shikoku, NTT Communications (NTT com), and JTOWER are constructing the Hybrid 5G network environment which uses local 5G and carrier 5G together by infrastructure sharing.

They use 5G public unit which JTOWER provides.
