Randstad(temp agency) introduced AI chatbot “KUZEN” which Concierge provides. Randstad have shortened the lead-time from  job seeker’s member registration to an interview from six days to 37 hours.

The person in charge does not have to do the contact by telephone or email by KUZEN introduction. Therefore, they achieved shortening of lead time to an interview.
