Osaka prefectural office and Salesforce concluded “Agreement about training of DX human resources towards the implementation of smart welfare, business improvement” which achieves smart welfare by ICT use.
Osaka prefectural office has launched “Osaka DX initiative” from the current fiscal year, and they are promoting “Prefectural office DX”, “
Municipality DX”and “Digital service”.

Salesforce concentrates on DX human resources of the welfare field for this agreement.
