NTT East, NTT West and Shinkin Central Bank tie up in order to support DX for SME. They will develop the portal service for SME “K Ale” from October.
K Ale mounts the fund management functions and the business management functions
For example, a sharing and archive of (1) raising funds knowledge, (2) electronic bill, (3) electronic file, (4) back office service, (5) business solution, (6) communication and information,(7) alert function are listed.

Hiroyuki Shibata chairman of Shinkin Central Bank says, “80 percent of SME is not taking DX. Lack of staff and know-how is listed as the reason. We tie up with NTT East and NTT West in order to solve those problem”.

Naoki Shibuya president of NTT East says, “We provide the solution with DX for SME. We would like to make DX for SME by combining our know-how with the credit bank which supports SME”.
