Doshisha University has introduced Multi-Factor Authentication into IT system in the university.

Doshisha University has applied the matrix authenticator which applied the random numbers table printed at the rear view of the student identification card and the employee ID card.

On the other hand, Doshisha University has been anxious about leak of ID and password so that they determined the introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication.

User has to enter ID and password, when using the system. In addition, user has to use “Imaging matrix authenticator” or “Notify authenticator of push” and “FIDO authenticator”.
