General Incorporated Association Niigata rental bicycle, NTT Communications (NTTcom) and NCE concluded the agreement for sharing bike joint management.

They perform joint management of sharing service “2 km of Niigata share cycles” which Niigata city begins from September 1.

They try to achieve the improvement in anadromous in the town and keeping of last one mile.
