Toyama prefecture and NTT docomo concluded the cooperation agreement.
It is the purpose to improve the resident service and regional vitalization.
For instance, NTT docomo cooperates in the counterplan against digital divide using docomo smart phone class. They introduce the child number 110 which apply docomo shop in the prefecture.
