Gartner Japan has released the results of investigation about the counterplan against the risk of being caused by IT vendor.
As a result, the national corporations which has fully taken the counterplan at sustainability risk have been 10%.

Gartner is listing the risk of being caused by IT vendor below.
Financial risk: A service stops by bankruptcy of IT vendor, or management pejoration.

Operational risk: Business stops because of the out of order of IT vendor.

Cybersecurity risk: Incident occurs because of security weak point.

Compliance risk: A users company is also punished because of the violation of rules by IT vendor.

Strategy risk: One service is mandatorily completed because of the business strategy of IT vendoror it becomes impossible to stop a service by vendor lock-in.

Geopolitical risk: A service becomes an unstable according to the country situation.

Sustainability risk: Because of degraded of the sustainability of IT vendor, trouble occurs in user’s business.
