The time which carries out “smart” leads to IoTNot “language” but “numeric value” is thought as important there. Not “Cloud” but “Edges” is more important. Industrial revolution by IoT is big chance for Japan.

Challenge and innovation are required to hold this chance.

I talk about the organization and personnel training which produce innovation.

It is called the management of both effectiveness to achieve “Searching of intellectuality”, and “Enhancement of intellectuality”

“Searching of an intellectuality” requires cost and it is uncertainty.On the other hand, “Enhancement of intellectuality” is certainty.

A predecessor is made neglectful and innovation is drained.
The thing which is important in “Searching of intellectuality” is employee’s diversity. It becomes the personnel training to make young employees explore.

There is also one view that weak relation reads to the innovation. A new Ideas is not produced if it has crowded together with the human being of the same field.

I desire the breakaway from independent management and open innovation.
