Saitama city held the seminar with NTT East Saitama and Technican in Marumaru East.

It was the purpose to support the restaurant in the city.

They presented the liquid freeze system “TOMIN” which Technican develops to the restaurant in the city.

TOMIN is a world’s first liquid freeze machine.

It can protract the subscription period, while the freshness of foods maintains.

It can perform reduction of food losses.

Discard cost can be also reduced.

It can also expect the improvement in sales.

NTT East considers the new solution which combined the frozen vending machine “Dohiemon” and the e-commerce site service “Digital Read” with TOMIN”.

If this solution is achieved, selling will become possible for 24 hours.
