NTT resonant investigated the trend of e-commerce site under Covid-19 in Japan.
They investigated the use frequency of real shop and e-commerce site. At the very top is 80.9% among teens by the scale of the person who answered that use of e-commerce site increased. Twenty generation is 59.4% and 30 generation is 56.1%.
Female’s use of e-commerce has increased by the category of “fashion” and “sundry goods.”
In the query whether what happens to the use frequency of real shop and e-commerce site after Covid-19, “food” (37%) and “fashion” (28.9%) is more popular in the real shop.
On the other hand, “books” (35.3%), and “PC and electric appliances” (27.5%) is more popular in e-commerce site.
