Optimal health action with AI issin
issin, a healthcare startup originating from the University of Tokyo, has begun offering the ”Style Up Program,” a lifestyle improvement service based on behavioral change designs that can be easily established into a lifestyle, as Japan’s first new service.
In this service, a team of experts including registered dietitians, public health nurses, pharmacists, health exercise instructors, and physical therapists collaborates with AI to provide optimal health actions tailored to each individual’s lifestyle based on cutting-edge behavioral change models. It is the only lifestyle improvement program in Japan that provides support through suggestions and the establishment of lifestyle habits, and provides continuous follow-up. As a result of a demonstration experiment with Yomitan Village, Okinawa Prefecture, the weight loss satisfaction rate was 95%, and the average weight loss was 3.5 kg, leading to weight loss and improved lifestyle habits.
It will begin offering services to corporations, and will also offer services for individuals by the end of 2023.
