Science Arts has linked the live communication platform “Buddycom” with Glory’s face recognition system “visitor detection system.”
Maruhan introduced this system to streamline store operations. Maruhan makes it possible for customers who are VIPs, have forgotten items, or have matters to communicate to be dealt with smoothly the next time they visit the store. With the face recognition system alone, the office confirmed the notification from the face recognition system and notified the employees through the intercom, but there were cases where the office was absent.
By linking Buddycom with the visitor detection system, it has become possible to notify employees of the results of face recognition in real time, eliminating oversights and improving the speed and accuracy of customer service.
