Revcom has started linking voice analysis AI phone “MiiTel” and “Microsoft Teams phone”.
With this linkage, the voice analysis function of “MiiTel” can be used for answering calls from “Microsoft Teams Phone”.  
When you make or receive a call using the “MiiTel” phone number, you can create a “Microsoft Teams call” history in MiiTel Analytics. You can check scores such as voice analysis and response evaluation of calls, and aggregate and analyze the results of telephone responses on the dashboard.
